Springfield, Mass. - December 12, 2018 - The Springfield College softball team is set to host a winter prospect clinic for female softball players graduating in the year of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023. The clinic will take place on Sunday, February 24, 2019.
The first session, which will begin at 9 a.m. will be pitching and catching only. All pitchers that register need to bring a catcher with them. The second session, which will begin at 10 a.m., will be fielding, hitting, base-running, and will end with a live scrimmage and question and answer segment with the Springfield College softball players and coaches.
Session One will cost $30, while Session Two will cost $95. The "Full Clinic", which is a combination of Session One and Session Two will cost $105.
Attendees should bring all softball equipment: bat, glove, cleats, sneakers, batting gloves, softball pants, catchers equipment (if catcher), batting helmet, and water bottle.
A campus tour with Admissions will be offered after the last session.
