Brendan Dooley will enter his second season as a graduate assistant coach with the Springfield College men's lacrosse team during the 2019-20 season. No stranger to Alden Street, Dooley recently graduated from Springfield College in 2017 and was a four-year member of the Pride, leading the maroon and white to four-consecutive NCAA Division III Championship Tournament appearances.

The Setauket, N.Y. native had an impressive career at Springfield College, as the defensive midfielder earned NEWMAC First Team All-Conference recognition four times during his career, while he was also selected as a USILA Honorable Mention All-American following his junior season in 2016. Following his senior year, Dooley was drafted by the Boston Cannons in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) draft, as he also repeated as the NEWMAC Men's Lacrosse Athlete of the Year. Dooley spent the 2017 season as the Director of Operations for the Stony Brook men's lacrosse program.
