Lexington, Ky. - November 20, 2017 - Springfield College's Jen Donnelly (Exeter, R.I.) and Anagabrielle Sanchez (Caguas, Puerto Rico) were recognized for their efforts on the court this season and named American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III Honorable Mention All-America honorees.
For Donnelly, it's marks the first national recognition of her career, while Sanchez was tabbed an honorable mention all-america for the second-straight season. Earlier this month, the duo was named to the AVCA Division III New England All-Region Team, as Springfield was one of only three schools from across the region to have at least two all-region selections.

The Criminal Justice major had at least 20 digs in 10 matches this year, with four instances where she eclipsed the 30-dig mark. She also chipped in 76 assists and 16 service aces.
In her third season in maroon and white, Donnelly put together a special year on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball for the Pride. The Health Science major produced 389 kills at a .212 clip as she averaged 3.60 kills per set. She also compiled 352 digs at 3.26 per set, to go along with 30 blocks and 21 service aces. Donnelly accounted for over 30 percent of the teams total kills and had four matches with at least 20 kills and five matches with at least 20 digs.
