Springfield, Mass. - October 28, 2018 - The Springfield College women's soccer team finished the regular season on Sunday afternoon as the Pride defeated WPI, 1-0, behind a second-half goal from Amanda Wright (Pittsfield, Mass.), helping the Pride finish with an overall record of 12-4-1, with an 8-2 mark in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play.

Dale's Third-Career Hat Trick Leads Women's Soccer Past Smith, 3-2

Springfield, Mass. - October 17, 2018 - Freshman midfielder Kaleigh Dale (Mansfield, Conn.) registered her third-career hat trick, as the Springfield College women's soccer team defeated Smith, 3-2, in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play on a brisk Wednesday evening at Brock-Affleck Field.

Springfield, Mass. - October 14, 2018 - The Springfield College women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to nationally-ranked Amherst College on Sunday afternoon, as the Pride suffered its second-consecutive setback and now holds a record of 9-3-1 overall. With the win, Amherst, which was No. 11 in the latest United Soccer Coaches Division III National Rankings, improves to 11-1-1 on the year.

October 9, 2018 - Junior forward Mackenzie Luiz (Newington, Conn.) found the back of the net for the second time in as many games but the Springfield College women's soccer team fell to Babson College, 2-1, in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play on Tuesday evening at MacDowell Field. Facing a 1-0 deficit with less than 10 minutes remaining, the Beavers scored two goals to prevail over the Pride.

Springfield, Mass. - October 6, 2018 - The Springfield College women's soccer team blanked Wellesley College, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon at Brock-Affleck Field, as the Pride improved to 9-1-1 through its first 11 games, including an unblemished mark of 5-0 against conference opponents. The Blue fell to 3-7-1 on the year, including a 0-4-1 mark in New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) play.

Women's Soccer Garners United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award For Seventh-Straight Year

Kansas City, Kan. - October 5, 2018 - The Springfield College women's soccer program was recognized by the United Soccer Coaches for its dedication to academics as well as athletics, as the Pride was selected as a recipient for the 2018 College Team Academic Award. This marks the seventh-consecutive season that the Pride was recognized for its academic success.
