Honda Concludes Career With NEWMAC All-Conference Honors

Springfield, Mass. - May 8, 2019 - The Springfield College men's tennis program was represented in the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) postseason honors as Court Honda (Morioka, Japan) was named to the NEWMAC All-Conference Singles Team for the third time in his career. 

In his final season with the Pride, Honda racked up a team-best 10-5 record at the No. 1 spot for Springfield, including a 3-2 record in conference play. After a standout senior year, the Sport Management major finished as one of eight student-athletes to be named to the All-Conference Singles Team.  Honda, who finished his career with 39 singles victories, received the conference honor for his efforts in singles play for the second-straight season and third time in his career.
