The championship is taking place from October 25-November 3 at the Aspire Academy Dome and marks the first time that the event has been held in the Middle East. Lewis, who earlier this semester traveled to Lima, Peru for the Senior Pan American Championships, once again competed in the all-around competition.

The Computer Graphics and Design major scored a 72.182 in the all-around competition to finish 92nd in the world, a score that was bolstered by a 13.800 on the vault.  Lewis also scored a 12.5 on the floor, a 12.266 on the rings, a 12.2 on the parallel bars, an 11.45 on the horizontal bar, and a 9.966 on the pommel horse.

Entering his junior season at Springfield, Lewis will look to build upon his sophomore campaign in which he captured the all-around title at the ECAC Championships with a score of 79.450, marking the Pride's first all-around title in that championship since 1932.

Lewis and the Pride will begin the 2019 season at the West Point Open beginning on January 11.
