Brett Winston MS, ATC, LAT will enter his fourth year as an Instructor of Exercise Science and Sports Studies and an Assistant Clinical Eduaction Coordinator in the Athletic Training department during the 2017-18 academic year.
Winston returns to Springfield College after earning his Master's degree from the College in Post Professional Preparation in Athletic Training in 2014. While a Graduate Teaching Fellow at Springfield, Winston was responsible for teaching through service as a preceptor in the undergraduate Athletic Training program, while also working with the Springfield College wrestling and baseball programs.
Prior to Springfield, Winston earned his Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Longwood University in Farmville, Va. in the spring of 2011. After Longwood, Winston interned as a Certified Athletic Trainer at Presbyterian College in Clinston, S.C., where he was responsible for health care and administrative duties for the Presbyterian football and softball teams. He is currently working towards his Doctorate of Philosiphy in Teaching and Administration.
